CUE is the only single purpose national organization whose mission is to assist member companies to remain union-free.

In the past thirty- six years CUE has published over 70 booklets and manuals on various topics covering union-free and positive employee relations. Our Labor Lawyers Advisory Committee (LLAC) publishes Legal Alert quarterly and CUE distributes Network News, a monthly periodical covering employee relations subjects of interest to its members. We also make available such materials as our Employment & Labor Law Audit manual, Remaining Union Free, Supervisors Guide on Union Activities and our Studies in Employee Relations.

Twice a year, CUE offers a two-day conference in various locations throughout the country. They are always well attended and feature presentations on union-free and positive employee relations programs of companies in various industries. Recent conferences have been held in New Orleans, Nashville, Toronto, Las Vegas, Atlanta and Louisville . We will meet in Denver, CO on October 11-13, 2015 for our 2015 Fall Conference.

CUE, a non-profit organization, is fortunate to enjoy the support of so many companies dedicated to keeping their workplaces union-free through the application of positive employee relations practices. One of the most valuable benefits of membership is the strong network of peers we have developed over the many years of our existence. We are a very proactive association whose members provide a high level of participation in the functions and direction of CUE. Our Board of Directors consists of 30 representatives of member companies or associations of mixed sizes, industries and geographical locations. CUE's Fundamental Beliefs ››
